PRG Insurance Staffing began as a permanent placement company in 1991. In an effort to meet changing demands, in 1994 PRG began providing clients with temporary and temp-to-hire staffing services.

Since 1991, our objective is the same: to provide excellent service both to our insurance company clients and to our candidates. That’s our pledge to you!

The key to meeting this objective is to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates. We work closely with candidates to discover their strengths, their skills, their experiences. We work closely with clients to determine their needs and their requirements. Then we select the most qualified candidates—the claims professionals who meet the skill level required by the client—and we do so at competitive rates.
